By accessing and using this site, you agree to be legally bound by these items of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add to, or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon their posting, so please review the Terms and Conditions posted at this link periodically. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes and /or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.


All orders are immediately charged despite availability. Stock checks are available by request only and are unable to be viewed online.

In the event of a backorder, we will notify you within1-3 business days.


We do our best to keep all films in stock and available for immediate shipping. If your order is time sensitive, please call to ensure that stock is available.

Express delivery is available upon request at an additional charge.

Return Policy

There is a 30% Restocking Fee for all full rolls unless there is a manufacturing defect. W.E.S does not refund shipping charges on orders.

Please Note:

  • All returns must be received within 30 days.
  • All returns must be in re-sellable condition. Unfortunately if your item(s) and their wrappings are returned damaged, we may be unable to provide proper refund.
  • Refunds can take up to 30 days to process and will only occur on the original credit card used for the transaction.
  • Window Energy Solutions reserves the right to refuse a return.
  • There are No Returns for cut goods, digitally printed patterns or samples. If there is an error on a file that you have provided, we will not be responsible for additional charges on the replacement order.

Damaged / Incorrect / Defective Merchandise

If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact W.E.S within 20 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the damaged/incorrect item(s)
